These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the bushveldboutique . (“the Provider”) website located at the domain name www.bushveldboutique (“the Website”). Lead-time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched once a 100% payment has been received.
Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our premises.
Every effort is made to effect transport and shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence BB will contact you via email and provide a revised transportation schedule.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you can return the goods to BB at your own cost. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and the person who made the original purchase must authorize any such cancellation. Certain items such as cutlery, clothing and linen cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened. The User will remain responsible for all courier costs of return and or exchange. We strongly suggest that Users make use of the insurance option with the chosen supplier. The Provider holds no responsibility for loss or damage of products once they have been dispatched.
* Note: If needed BB can supply quotes of our preferred courier providers that offers 24 tracking on goods. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
1. Shipment tracking.
2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. Please fax or email through your deposit slip to us to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.
Currency and Pricing
Prices quoted are in Rands or in any other currency on request, all payments are to be made in Rands. (Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency). Please note that prices are subject to change at our discretion.
All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail, fax or telephone after submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted without this confirmation. Shipping & Delivery
Goods remain the property of the Provider until paid for in full. The Provider will not release any goods until they have been paid for in full.
Shipping Prices are quoted after an order is made subject to customer/User request. Deliveries will be made to location agreed upon for the quote and may not be available door to door in certain areas.
From the moment goods are dispatched they become the responsibility of the customer / User without exception, it is their responsibility to insure these goods if they wish to do so. In the unlikely event of your order being lost, by the logistics service provider, we would do our best to assist you in recovering or replacing the items lost. We do however strongly advise our customers to choose the insurance option when making use of a logistics provider.
Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records. This email will contain an order number at the top, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
Shipping Costs : bushveldboutique does not include transport/shipping costs. If you would like to use our supplied couriers please let us know and we can organize a quote.
Delivery Times: We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner and quicker than the times indicated. (This does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays). If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order.
Shipping Delays: We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavor to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.
Failed Delivery: Please notify bushveldboutiqueupon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas). If the order does not arrive we will do our best to try and track the package and assist in the safety of the package and arrival time.
Our preferred couriers: Our courier partners were chosen because of their professionalism and care in their deliveries and we trust that your orders will be received intact. We also ensure the potential to deliver timeously in the area that each particular customer is located and the Provider is not liable or responsible for the behaviour of any such Courier or Logistics Service Provider or Transport Service Provider. There are also often International Border Posts, Customs & Excise Officials over which the Provider and the Transport Service Provider have no control.
